Production Team Leader jobs in Lexington, KY

The Danville Producer position oversees and leads the Production Ministry at Southland’s Danville Campus. Team leadership is an important part of this position leading a large volunteer team to accomplish services and events. In addition this position will serve the church at large in service/event planning through collaborative teamwork.

• Collaborate with the Danville Worship Leader on Stage Set-Up, Lighting Design and Audio Patch
• Manage weekly AVL set-up and maintenance
• Serve weekly in a production leadership role
• Oversee preparation process. This includes communicating details and expectations before rehearsals, executing rehearsals, and providing post service follow-up
• Collaborate with the Lead Producer and Danville Worship Leader on weekly service walkthrough
• Collaborate with the Danville Worship Leader on last minute changes and troubleshooting items

• Mentor individuals in the areas of audio, video and lighting
• Pastor and shepherd individual team members

• Collaborate to plan stage designs, special lighting and video elements
• Work with the Central Team to execute large events
• Research current trends and practices in production and worship ministries
• Specific duties assigned by the Production Director

• Manage the Danville Production Team roster and schedule
• Program lighting, setup audio weekly for Student programming
• Mentor individuals in the areas of audio, video and lighting
• Serve as needed at student services and events
• Assist in providing direction for best practices at the Danville Campus regarding equipment usage and volunteer opportunities
• Collaborate with Campus Ministries to support local events

• Attend meetings as needed
• Foster consistent communication
• Other duties as assigned

This position does require some evening responsibilities and regular weekends.
