Production Line Technician 1

Shift Swannanoa - Up to $23 / hr

PrideStaff is recruiting for a part-time Production Line Technician for 1

Shift for a manufacturing company located in Swannanoa.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Ensure their production lines are running smoothly throughout their shift with minimum downtime.
• Trouble shoot any processing issues that can cause downtime
• Ability to learn, control and adjust machine settings
• Machine Operator will always be present on assigned manufacturing line while production is running.
• Document any machine issues and communicate with Maintenance manager.
• Aid in machine repair with or without supervision.
• Work with engineering and product development team to take trials on new product launch and provide feedback for launch feasibility.
• Cross train across the board on each line and machine.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• High School or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
• Effective written communication skills, including legibility
• Strong attention to detail
