Responsibilities
Summary / objective
Position requires knowledge of multiple disciplines. The Team Leader must be able to continually switch job responsibilities and maintain the product quality and schedule.
Bulk of time is spent laying out a design that can be easily implemented with emphasis on being able to take work performed on earlier projects and both re-use and streamline new designs to produce a better product for less cost.
Responsible for the final Quality Control Check of all products within discipline that leave the building and supporting all those products in the field.
