The Social Service Director also assures that the Resident’s continuing needs are met through the highest degree of quality Resident care in accordance with State and Federal regulations & Facility policies/procedures. This position also ensures that the Resident, and the family, is given the opportunity to participate in planning for continued care in the Facility, transfer, or discharge back into the community.
    Qualifications:
    High School Diploma or equivalent;
    Successful completion of a Social Service Designee certification course from an accredited program;
    Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check;
    Satisfactory personal & professional references.
    PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
    • Satisfactory OIG exclusions and background check
    • Successfully complete a drug screening
    • Must have received, or be willing to receive, the COVID-19 vaccination by date of hire. Proof of vaccination or exemption is required
