MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, or related business/ technical field.

Minimum of ten years of experience in program management.

Minimum of five years of federal contractor experience (DOD, DOE, etc).
-
Minimum of two years of experience leading an organization of at least 50 people.
-
Minimum of two years of experience in business development within the government contracting sector.
-
Proficiency in planning, integrating, managing, cost estimating, and risk assessing large programs.
-
Flexibility in scheduling work hours and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time is required.

Ability to achieve and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Advanced technical knowledge of government support contracts.

TRAVEL
Up to 50%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENT
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver’s license and be insurable on the company’s automobile insurance policy.
Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting boxes weighing up to 40 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for handling and working with small objects. Seeing up close, must not be color blind and must be able to wear protective eye wear. WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is performed in an office environment the majority of the time. Long hours may be needed by project demand.
