    As Coordinator II, you will be responsible for coordinating department project activities, developing department resource databases to facilitate the management of various project activities, and coordinating department scheduling of individuals, resources, and activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collects, maintains and reports information for the department such as; patient information, budgets, employee PTO and schedules.
    • Assists with the coordination of various department activities by distributing reports, facilitating the analysis and reporting of information.
    • Functions as department liaison by coordinating various activities and providing customer support to internal and external customers.
    • Assists with performance evaluations, counseling and on-boarding of new employees.
    • Performs duties related to the preparation, implementation and analysis of special studies and projects.
    • Maintains office supplies and equipment.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Education:

    • High School or GED required.

    Certifications:

    • None required.

    Complexity of Work:

    • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
    • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.

    Work Experience:

    • Minimum of three years experience coordinating and assisting with management functions and special projects; proficient with spreadsheets, word processing and database software.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Requires extensive sitting and manual dexterity to perform work on a PC.
    • Typical physical demands include the ability to sit, stand or walk to other locations as needed.
    • Visual acuity to perform computer functions.

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
