POSITION OVERVIEW
The Anywhere team is seeking a Public Relations and Communications Specialist to support the CENTURY 21 brand. This person will support communications and public relations initiatives within the CENTURY 21 brand and will report to the Senior Director of Communications, Public Relations and play an integral part in shaping brand perception and value for the CENTURY 21 brand.
We’re looking for a self-starter with a high level of accountability, excellent communication skills, and a curiosity to learn and grow.
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
COMMUNICATIONS
Work alongside the communications manager to draft and execute email communications using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Work with cross-functional departments to align on high-impact content for monthly newsletters
Work closely with operations to refine and optimize distribution lists
Responsible for tracking monthly communications analytics using Marketing Cloud
Manage Workplace by Meta community pages
PUBLIC RELATIONS
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing / Advertising, or Business or equivalent related work experience
3-5 years relevant experience as a public relations or communications professional
Experience in project management and execution of PR initiatives
Experience in copywriting and editing
Working knowledge of MS Office; photo and video-editing software is an asset
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Expertise in understanding and communicating a voice in various formats
Ability to work in a collaborative, deadline-driven writing environment of multiple projects and quick turn-around requirements
Ability to prioritize various duties and multitask as required
