Job Title: Dental Patient Care Coordinator
Job Description: to ensure the highest quality of customer service is being met at all times. You along with the Dental Treatment Coordinator are the first and last point of contact that our patients and families see when they visit or call. The Patient Care Coordinator does vital work with scheduling, records handling/data entry or monitoring/ensuring all electronic forms are received and loaded prior to patient appointments.
Knowledge and skill ability required: Professional and friendly demeanor, expert in public relations as you are intimately connected to every patient that comes through our doors, excellent written and verbal communication skills needed in order to guide our patients through their office experience, meticulous attention to detail, minimum of 1-2 years of experience in dental administration/healthcare, understanding of dental terminology, dental treatment and coding, trustworthy: as you have access to confidential patient information, must be a self-starter: as you moderately supervised
Preferred Qualifications: high school diploma or an associate’s degree in healthcare/administration or a minimum of two years dental administration experience. Registered Dental Assistant certification is preferred. One year’s experience in the dental field is recommended.
