**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental office team. The ideal candidate will handle various administrative tasks, including patient scheduling, billing, and maintaining patient records.

**Duties:**

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and manage incoming calls

- Schedule patient appointments efficiently

- Verify and update patient information

- Process insurance claims and payments

- Maintain electronic health records accurately

- Assist with billing and financial inquiries

- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations

**Requirements:**

- Knowledge of Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred

- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and medical records management

- Strong understanding of medical scheduling practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

- Experience working in a dental or medical office setting is preferred

- Proficiency in using phone systems for handling calls effectively
