Professor - Dentistry jobs in Lawton, OK
Professor - Dentistry teaches courses in the discipline area of dentistry. Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Dentistry provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Dentistry typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. Looking for fun team member to join us at a high volume privately owned dental clinic. We are interested in someone who is dependable and eager to learn.
Great wages and spectacular vacation time offered. First year of employment you become eligible for a percentage of paid vacation. Full vacation begins after 2nd year of employment which includes 4-6 weeks, time off. We are open Monday-Thursday 8-5 and closed from 12-1 for lunch.
