Position Summary:
The College of Business at Eastern New Mexico University is an ACBSP accredited school that seeks candidates for a full-time tenure track position as an Assistant or Associate Professor of Economics. Preference will be given to candidates who can teach macroeconomics.
Faculty responsibilities include a 12 credit-hour teaching load per semester, student advising, and other duties as assigned. Publication is required for tenure. This is a residential appointment starting in August 2023, with the candidate expected to relocate to the Portales, New Mexico area. The college provides quality, student focused business education preparing individuals for professional careers, graduate studies, and lifelong learning.

All candidates must have a terminal degree (Ph.D. or DBA) in an economics discipline. ABD candidates may be considered. Candidates for the Associate Professor position must have significant industry and/or teaching experience in economics.
