We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. You will utilize your exceptional sales skills and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through effective account management
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Conduct negotiations to close sales deals and secure contracts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM systems to track sales activities and maintain accurate records
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in electrical outside sales or technical sales
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- in English and is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Experience in business development or technology sales is desirable
