    We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Customer Marketing Associate (CMA) to join our team. As a CMA you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. We are seeking an entry level Customer Marketing Associate (CMA) to support and assist in sales and marketing efforts for a growing manufacturing company. A CMA will play a crucial role in the future growth of the company. One should expect to glean an understanding of the electrical industry and utilize customer behavior analysis to drive effective strategies. The individual chosen will represent Austin Electrical Enclosures to increase brand awareness and sales. They will assist in developing, executing, and managing promotional strategies, develop promotional materials, including digital marketing. The candidate will also be responsible for conducting market research, analyze customer behavior data, and create reports on marketing and sales metrics. Proficiency in creating and analyzing spreadsheets is a required element of this position.

    Duties:
    - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media
    - Create engaging content for marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media posts
    - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
    - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
    - Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns
    - Support sales efforts by providing marketing materials and assisting with lead generation
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

    - Requirements and Skills

    · Solid computer skills including: email, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent (especially Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator)

    · Knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    · Strong analytical and organizational skills with goal-oriented attitude

    · 2 yr Associate Degree in related field

    - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

    - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

    Recommended

    · Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field

    · Experience with Epicor ERP products

    · Experience or knowledge of the electrical industry and/or manufacturing environment

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
