     Other Conditions: For placement in lecturer pool beginning Fall 2023, Spring 2024, and Summer 2024. Positions are part-time, temporary, non-tenure, and contingent upon course offerings, sufficient student enrollment, position clearance, and availability of funds.
     
     Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Teach undergraduate History courses or equivalent.
    2. Other related duties, including preparing course syllabus, grading, contributing assessment data, and maintaining at least one office hour per week for each History course taught.

     
     Minimum Qualifications

    1. Advanced to candidacy (ABD) status as PhD student in History (or closely related field).
       
       

    Desirable Qualifications

    1. PhD in History (or closely related field)
    2. Subject area expertise as evidenced by coursework, publications, or other academic and professional activity
    3. Prior university teaching experience, demonstrated teaching ability
