We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist to grow our administrative team. When our clients and potential clients contact us, they are often going through a stressful period in their lives, and our goal is to help them make their lives better. At Molina Law Group we melt the fear of ICE and help immigrants and their families arrive at a place of security and prosperity in the U.S.

Our Bilingual Receptionist will help create a welcoming and professional first impression of the Firm by putting callers and visitors at ease and making them feel comfortable. The majority of our clients and potential clients only speak Spanish. A successful Bilingual Receptionist must be fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, writing). You will interact and build relationships with our clients in person and over the telephone. This position requires the right combination of empathy, experience, and skill. If that sounds like you, you will play an integral role in creating memorable experiences for our clients.

This position involves administrative duties related to answering and returning calls, explaining services offered, convincing new callers that we are the right firm to serve them, tracking and following up with potential clients (using spreadsheets, specific software for texting, and calling), scheduling consultations and other appointments, receiving in-person appointments, and accepting payments. Experience in sales is helpful. The position also requires strong interpersonal skills to assist the firm in providing a high standard of service to our clients and potential clients.

    Other requirements include the following:

    • You should be friendly and professional on the telephone and in person.
    • Our clients are dealing with high stress and anxiety. You should be empathetic and help put them at ease.
    • You will be working on several tasks and projects concurrently over long periods of time. We expect you to keep track of key dates and information, track your hours in specific software, communicate in specific software, keep the right people informed, and prioritize your time so that we never miss a deadline.
    • Immigration is messy, and there is often no right or best answer. Even gathering the information can be difficult. You will need to be creative, organized, and efficient to do your job well.

We all make mistakes, and we allow for that, but a focus on accuracy and attention to detail are required to avoid mistakes that can cost our clients dearly.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running. Skills and experience are required and valued, but attitude, character, personality, and integrity are also important. The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, an ability to relate to people in crisis, and a good sense of humor.

The Receptionist position is full-time. After 90 days the position is eligible for health insurance, matching 401K, paid time off, and ten paid holidays annually.

    Does this sound like you?

We seek exceptional people who want to become part of our team. To us, the word “team” means we win together and we lose together, so your contributions to our overall profitability and reaching our goals include anticipating problems, proposing solutions, and just generally demonstrating that you are ready to join us through thick and thin. Your contributions will be recognized, appreciated, and rewarded. If you are motivated by overcoming challenges and personal, professional, and financial growth, then this could be the right place for you.

At Molina Law Group, we work as a team to earn our client's trust through reliable and compassionate services. We work to build stronger communities through distinct and effective legal strategies. We are driven to create a positive legacy.

We will contact you within 10 days if you qualify for the second round of consideration. We look forward to hearing more about you.
