Popovitch Law LLC is a busy domestic relations firm seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team. One to three years of experience as an attorney in domestic relations law, including court experience, is preferred. The ideal candidate is an attorney capable of working independently in a fast paced legal environment with the ability to efficiently multitask.
The candidate must have excellent written and oral advocacy skills with experience in motion practice and the ability to handle complex cases, high conflict custody disputes, and high net worth cases from start to finish, including trials. Exposure to, and procedural knowledge of, Massachusetts divorce and custody law is preferred. Experience should include drafting pleadings, assisting senior attorneys with court appearances, and appearing in court independently on matters.
