Develops and designs curriculum plans to foster student learning, stimulate class discussions, and ensures student engagement. Being a Professor - Medical Ethics provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Medical Ethics typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students.     The Department of Medicine at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California is seeking outstanding applicants for a full-time clinical faculty position in the Division of Medical Oncology, Santa Clarita Satellite clinic based in Santa Clarita, CA.  Candidates must be board certified in Internal Medicine, board certified or eligible in Medical Oncology, and eligible for licensure in California. Successful candidates will have strong clinical skills and interest in serving a diverse patient population in both private and public clinical practice.  We offer a highly competitive salary package with excellent benefits.  Compensation and academic rank (Associate/full Professor) are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
