NICU APP - Neonatal nurse practitioner or Experienced Neonatal PA at Lakewood Ranch Medical Center, Level I Nursery
The NNP or Neonatal PA demonstrates expertise in the clinical management of the neonate and infant. The practitioner role is multi-faceted and includes clinical management of the high risk neonate and infant, educational responsibilities, administrative duties, consulting, and initiating/implementing research. The neonatal practitioner works in collaboration with medical, nursing and support services to provide family centered care. The neonatal practitioner maintains active participation in his/her own continued education and professional development.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Clinical NNP Master's Degree in Nursing or DNP, Masters in Physician Assistant Studies
• Current Florida State Licensure as APRN or a PA.
• Current BLS and PALS (NRP in lieu of PALS if NNP).
• Current Licensure in the State of Florida as a Registered Nurse/Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner, or PA.
• Current National Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or a PA
Requires 3 years of NNP or PA experience in a Level III or IV NICU

Salary Range: Minimum 52.02 per hour - Maximum 80.63 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
