Being a Professor - Medicine provides tutoring and academic counseling to students, maintains classes related records, and assesses student coursework. Collaborates and supports colleagues regarding research interests and co-curricular activities. Additionally, Professor - Medicine typically reports to a department head. Requires a PhD or terminal degree appropriate to the field. Has considerable experience and is qualified to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and initiates research and case studies in field of interest and may publish findings in trade journals or textbooks. Provides intellectual leadership and has made significant contributions to the field. May offer independent study opportunities and mentoring to students. About the Role
This is a unique clinical environment caring for patients over night in the Bannock County Jail.
Responsibilities include assessments of inmates, medication administration, wound care, and more.
You will coordinate with jail staff and Ivy providers to assess, plan, and provide quality care to inmates. Our nurses have broad and vital responsibilities, and as such must have a high degree of clinical discernment, organizational skills, punctuality, and professionalism.
A positive attitude and a team spirit are an absolute must.
This is a full time job with our full benefits package.
