**Job Overview:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics. The Nursing Assistant will work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and support. **Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. - Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as toileting, feeding, and ambulation. - Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff. - Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nurse. - Assist with catheter care, PICU, and ICU patients as needed. - Document patient care and medical information accurately and efficiently. - Support patients with home community care and nursing home visits. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. - Utilize Epic electronic health records to document patient care and access patient information. - Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care and maintain confidentiality at all times. **Skills:** - Experience working with children and elderly patients. - Proficiency in catheter care and PICU/ICU patient care. - Strong medical documentation skills. - Familiarity with Epic electronic health records. - Ability to work in a home community care and nursing home setting. - Knowledge of geriatric care and patient needs. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations. - Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to patient care.
