We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist whose primary role is to create a welcoming atmosphere, assist in patient scheduling, manage medical records, and complete administrative tasks in our Lifestyle Medicine Medical Fitness Facility.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (minimum)
-Valid New York State driver's license
-Reliable transportation to and from work or any other work related events.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a medical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using office systems such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) or Prompt.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling high call volumes.
