HELP WANTED FOR A BUSY DOCTOR’S OFFICE
Looking for a mature, outgoing, and energetic person to work part-time at the front desk of a busy psychologist’s office.
Duties include answering phones, taking messages, scheduling appointments on a computer and on paper, making appointment reminder calls to clients, processing payments, calling on insurance benefits for new clients, organizing files, ordering office supplies, collecting mail, creating and printing documents with Word or Excel and other light duties.
Need immediate assistance provided by the absolute right person! The best candidate should have the ability to serve a diverse client population with grace and ease. Medical office experience a plus!
Office is located on Dobson Rd. at the US 60.
A resume, prior work experience, intermediate computer skills and references are required.
Preference will be shown to candidates with advanced knowledge of Excel and Word, and prior experience with scheduling programs.
