    Who We Are:

Recovery Program Solutions of Virginia (RPSV) was founded in 2011. The organization was created to meet the unmet needs of adults and seniors with mental health and substance abuse issues in Northern Virginia. RPSV currently serves residents in the Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax/Falls Church communities. RPSV’s programs maximize participant self-determination; promote access to treatment; and focus on decreasing dependence on psychiatric hospitalizations. We run 5 peer staffed centers in Annandale, Arlington, Reston, Merrifield and South County Alexandria that provide practical and skill building virtual and in person groups, 1:1 Peer to Peer listening sessions that are virtual and in person, computer labs, snacks, meals, employment assistance and referrals, resource connections. One of our centers has shower and laundry facilities.

Since its inception, RPSV has helped thousands of adults and seniors receive transformative support to help them reach their full potential. The demographics of those RPSV serves includes adults, ages 18-59, and seniors, ages 60 .

RPSV meets those it serves “where they are” and provides them with a safe place to address the issues they are facing. It provides peer support and other key services to help individuals live independently.
