Position Summary: As a Home Care Aide, you will provide essential personal care and assistance to clients who need support with daily living activities. You will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and well-being while respecting their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Provide medication reminders and support with prescribed therapies.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to supervisors or family members.
• Follow care plans and procedures as outlined by healthcare professionals and the agency.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience working with elder adult
• Previous experience in home care or a similar field preferred.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and team members.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable).
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
