Responsibilities
- Lead the Products Portfolio, ensuring projects meet revenue, profit, and cash flow goals.
- Manage program headcount and overhead to ensure financial success.
- Align organizational strategies with company goals, driving operational excellence.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Program Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional development.
- Oversee the cost, schedule, and technical performance of multiple programs from inception to completion.
- Optimize resource allocation for successful program outcomes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure program alignment with the broader organizational strategy.
- Conduct regular program reviews, manage Estimates at Completion (EACs), and report on key metrics.
- Play a key role in proposal development and management for future business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Encourage innovation within the program management team, continuously seeking areas for process improvement.
- Travel as required (up to 15%).
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college in Technical, Engineering-Related, or Business-Related field of study required.
- Prior experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
- 12 years of experience in Program Management working with a cross functional team (Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Operations, etc.). Experience managing a wide variety of programs varying in contract value and complexity.
- Experience managing domestic and international commercial and government programs.
- Proficiency in program management software and tools.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Masters degree in Technical, Engineering-Related, or Business field of study
- 5 years of technical experience in SATCOM, Telecommunications, Automotive or related industries.
