We are currently looking for a professional, motivated Program Manager! This position reports to the Director of Inside Sales and has growth opportunity in a trending $24B industry.

Consolidus is seeking a highly motivated sales and marketing professional to achieve aggressive growth goals. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients to whom you will provide excellent customer service while conducting effective marketing efforts to drive increased sales.

This is an in-office position located in Akron, Ohio. Please only apply if able to be in our office daily.

Specific Duties

• Business Development: This is an opportunity to apply your customer service, sales, and marketing skills to an existing customer base who already wants and needs what we have to offer, appreciates innovative ideas, and loves excellent communication.
• Customer Service & Sales: Work with existing and new customers to ensure consistent, high quality service and increase sales (as a strategic partner/solutions provider). Implement the Consolidus sales process including follow-up calls, welcome calls, etc. (through a dashboard)
• Marketing Management: Lead marketing efforts (using the program marketing calendar), including email marketing, direct mail marketing, event marketing, social media marketing, and other as needed. Must have a completed marketing calendar for each program that will be approved by management.
• Content Management: Analyze customer feedback, market research, and website analytics in order to improve quality of site content including graphic elements, new product recommendations, campaign development, product descriptions, etc.
• Facilitate Internal Operations: Ensure that all internal management responsibilities are being addressed according to Consolidus operational standards.
• Team Training: Provide training support and assistance as designated.
