Program Manager coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs. Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements. Being a Program Manager develops new business and expands product line. Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments. Additionally, Program Manager ensures projects are completed on time and within budget. Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations. Prepares proposals to win new programs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a department head. The Program Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Program Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Program Manager

    SIGN ON BONUS UP TO $3,000

    Manage and supervise all aspects of service for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. Work within a clinical team to develop, plan, and implement case management, therapy, and community/residential assistance.

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide clinical based supervision to Direct Support Professionals
    • Participate in development and implementation of client's Individual Support Agreement
    • Use independent decision making and strong judgement skills during crisis situations
    • Abide by Medicaid, state, and federal laws
    • Organize and maintain strict documentation

    Requirements:

    • Six years combination of skills, experience and/or education in human services
    • Qualified Developmental Disability Professional
    • Supervision of direct staff
    • Ability to utilize electronic health records system
    • Proficient writing skills for clinical documentation
    • Use of a personal vehicle with an acceptable driving record

    Structure:

    • Full time (37.5 hours)
    • Exempt
    • Annual salary starting at $47,643
