Wild Sun Adult Program Supervisor

Wild Sun Behavioral Services LLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy. We are seeking someone with knowledge and experience in ABA pursuing their BCBA certification. Applicants must enjoy working with adults with autism or other developmental disabilities, be passionate about helping others and be comfortable with various challenging behaviors. the adult program supervisor will also directly assist the adult program director in creation of Wild Sun's adult program. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher)
• 3 years of experience in the field of behavior services or similar fields working with people with varying needs, supports, disabilities, etc.
• Currently or beginning pursuit of Masters education in a relevant field (e.g., BCBA, SLP, LCSW, etc.).

Job Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:

• Completes a weekly minimum of 25 billable hours (behavior counseling, SCC, etc.)
• Directly implement behavioral interventions, services, and protocols designed by the BCBA to create effective behavioral change for clients
• Directly train and provide oversight for RBTs and direct care staff (behavior technicians)
• Consult on a regular basis with the BCBA (director) to discuss ongoing treatment models, plans, client services, staff training and other pertinent areas for the adult service department
• Implements, supervises, oversees, and provides ongoing feedback to staff for accurate use of safety management protocols and systems
• Create and maintain data collection systems for client and staff
• Consults with relevant team members, including, but not limited to clients, caregivers/guardians, HHPs, case managers, and other stakeholders in the treatment team
• Participation in treatment planning with the treatment team under the guidance and supervision of the BCBA
• Assists the BCBA with initial intakes, consultations, and start-up of treatment models for clients
• Provides ongoing evaluation of client services by consulting with the BCBA, RBTs/behavior technicians, and other treatment team members and makes appropriate adjustments and changes as necessary
• Demonstrates strong communication and collaboration with team members
• Assists in coordination of behavioral programming within all residential settings, community settings, and vocational sites as necessary
• Completes billable documentation and administration duties in a timely manner
• Ensures adherence to state regulations for services, provides a high quality of standards and ethics of confidentiality

Reports to: Adult Program Director (BCBA)

Benefits and Compensation:

• $60,000 annual salary
