POSITION TITLE: Program Supervisor

POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Program Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Program Director in the supervision of all direct service personnel.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 21 years of age with good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Have a High School Diploma or GED

• Must have good skills for motivating, supporting and managing direct service personnel

• Must have good computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, electronic forms and email

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide regular supervision, in individual and group settings

• Document formal supervision

• Provide feedback intended to enhance the skills of direct service personnel

• Participate in treatment planning

• Ensure appropriate education and training of personnel in accordance with their roles

• Supervise and evaluate performance of personnel

• Protect the rights of clients including their right to privacy and confidentiality

Pay: $38,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Social Work: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
