Description:
The government requires a broad range of professional and technical consultative assistance on this project. Our team will be supporting as an owner’s representative. A successful Program Support Assistant candidate will provide subject matter expertise to support:
- Performing general office support functions including receiving calls, visitors, incoming mail, etc.,
- Taking notes, meeting minutes and generating summaries from rough notes or limited comments,
- Preparing correspondence and submittals that are timely and accurate,
- Compiling consolidated records to support construction management operations,
- Maintaining a variety of automated and manual records systems reflecting technical and administrative data
- Consolidating information to prepare a variety of reports, correspondence, and program status documents,
- Arranging meetings or conferences to include locations, schedule, agenda, reservations, and attendance lists.
