- Assist the Project Manager in creation and delivery of monthly owner billings
- You will review and prepare documents required for timely payment of billing and invoices, supporting project financial reviews and communicating cost over-runs to the appropriate functions.
- Coordination of all project’s costs from invoice to payment
- Manage all trade partner requirements including Insurance and Releases
- Assist Project Manager with contracts, change orders, NTO log, and closeouts

- Detail oriented mindset with a positive “can-do” attitude
- Strong personal integrity and has the highest ethical standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Positive, high energy, and eager to learn and work in a fast-paced, extremely high-growth company
- Committed to providing a positive experience for each project, client, trade partner, and coworker
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with trade partners, owners and coworkers
Position Preferences- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- QuickBooks or other accounting software experience
- Procore or other project management software experience
- Experience with AIA documents, Lien Waivers, etc.
- Knowledge of Florida lien law
- Experience with Davis Bacon, Section 3 or affordable housing projects
