Senior Project Accountant with growth potential

About the Role

This role will lead a team of project accountants. Providing timely, accurate and meaningful financial information and the ability to communicate that to the senior management team is a key responsibility of this role. Additional responsibilities will include the preparation of monthly payment requests, coordination of all subcontractors change orders, payments, contracts and waivers/affidavits, reconciliations, forecasting, and additional responsibilities as assigned. Experience in reviewing and managing project budgets for accuracy, analyzing budget variances for potential fee changes, assisting in cash flow reporting while meeting accounting standards and best practices is a critical responsibility of this role.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers with providing timely, accurate and meaningful financial information
