SIM, a California Corporation is a dynamic and growing hospitality company dedicated to excellent services in the restaurant and hotel industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Accounting Associate to join our team and contribute to the success of our financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Assist with accounts payable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
• Support month-end closing processes.
• Assist with tax filings, audits, and compliance requirements.
• Provide administrative support for accounting-related projects and initiatives.

Skills

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in an accounting or finance role (internships included).
• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Bilingual in English and Korean
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
