    Job Title: Project Administrator

    Location: Monroe County, WI (Fort McCoy)

    Job Type: Full Time - Regular

    Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday

    Performance Evaluated by: Project Manager

    Purpose: Assist company superintendents, foremen, QC managers, and SSHOs complete the administrative aspects of the project for which they are responsible.

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: *RC will gladly provide a reasonable accommodation to assist in performing these essential job functions so long as it does not create an undue burden.

    • Answer Phones
    • Maintain a clean and welcoming job site trailer.
    • Schedule meetings
    • Assist company Superintendents, Foreman, QC Managers, and SSHOs with various task.
    • Organize, and maintain all administrative paperwork.
    • Prepare and review files and load documents to the internet.
    • Ensure proper documentation is transferred from the Field to the Home Office
    • Abide by all safety rules and organizational standards.

    EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

    • Self-starter who can work independently.
    • Skill in establishing priorities and managing workload.
    • Good organizational skills and record-keeping (attention to detail is critical)
    • Previous experience in an office setting required.
    • Ability to follow directions.
    • Strong computer skills including familiarity with Adobe and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Good internet skills, including use of e-mail programs, group messaging, and cloud computing

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

    • Must be able to sit for long periods.
    • Ability to frequently repeat the same movements with arms, hands, wrist, and fingers. (Use fine manipulation, frequent to constant traditional keyboarding)
    • Use fingers to grasp, move, or assemble small objects
    • Ability to seldomly lift < 50lbs
    • Ability to reach overhead, at or below the shoulder
    • Ability to see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
    • Understand the speech of another person.
    • Speak clearly so listeners can understand.
    • Ability to focus on one source of sound and ignore others.

    WORK ENVIROMENT:

    • Employee is regularly working indoors, in an office setting.
    • Employee is regularly exposed to moderate noise levels.
    • Employee is expected to work in a safe and efficient manner while maintaining a clean work area.
