Being a Project Controls Manager creates standard methods for project estimating, procurement, accounting, work breakdown structure, contract management, reporting, and other project-related processes. Ensures controls address cost or budget considerations, scope changes, supplier performance, and other risk levels. Additionally, Project Controls Manager provides guidance and consultation to project managers. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. POSITION SUMMARY:
As an important part of the team, the Project Manager is responsible for helping oversee the delivery of creative team projects to ensure that they are achieved within the agreed-upon timing, cost and quality objectives. In
close cooperation with the Creative Director, the Project Manager plays an integral role in overseeing creative projects in Lytho (our creative operations platform) through assigning work, designating route templates, and setting and tracking key project deadlines. Serves as the liaison between the Marketing team and various vendors in the requesting of new quotes and the monitoring of production timelines to ensure projects remain on track and are delivered in full. Position requires excellent organization and time management skills, resourcefulness, project and budget management experience, and ability to communicate effectively across teams as well as externally.
