Position PurposeThe Project Service Coordinator provides support to the sales personnel and field technicians for Mechanical Service Projects. The essential functions of this position include but are not limited to:
- Handles all facets of Project Coordination for Mechanical Service projects to assist the sales personnel and field technicians to deliver the project for the customer
- Coordinates with Salespeople for Project Turnover including setting up job, ordering equipment, coordinating subcontractors and all paperwork associated with the project.
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork (timecards, job set up, purchase orders)
- Maintains frequent communications with the field, sales and management personnel
- Provides sales assistance as required by sales personnel including estimating and proposal generation
- Safety Coordination including equipment ordering and safety record keeping
- Other Duties assigned.
Qualifications- 2-year business, construction management or similar type education and 3-years in construction or similar fields
- Computer literacy and capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Possess solid understanding of construction workflow. Mechanical HVAC knowledge a plus.
- Ability to handle a heavy workload of calls while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Physical Requirements- This position may involve standing for extended periods, sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
