Position Purpose
The Project Service Coordinator provides support to the sales personnel and field technicians for Mechanical Service Projects. They will help coordinate small project estimates, job turnover, equipment purchasing, subcontractor coordination and project scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Handles all facets of Project Coordination for Mechanical Service projects to assist the sales personnel and field technicians to deliver the project for the customer
- Coordinates with Salespeople for Project Turnover including setting up job, ordering equipment, coordinating subcontractors and all paperwork associated with the project.
- Promptly and accurately complete all required paperwork (timecards, job set up, purchase orders)
- Maintains frequent communications with the field, sales and management personnel
- Provides sales assistance as required by sales personnel including estimating and proposal generation
- Safety Coordination including equipment ordering and safety record keeping
- Other Duties assigned.
Qualifications
- 2-year business, construction management or similar type education and 3-years in construction or similar fields
- Computer literacy and capability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Possess solid understanding of construction workflow. Mechanical HVAC knowledge a plus.
- Ability to handle a heavy workload of calls while maintaining a high degree of accuracy

Physical Requirements
- This position may involve standing for extended periods, sitting, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
- This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
