We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Project Manager for our Talent Acquisition Operations team at Client.
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving the implementation for system enhancements and fixes that are used to hire for hourly positions that align with our Talent strategy.
- You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Operational, People Strategy, Career Preference Product and Technical teams to deliver effective solutions at scale for over 4500 facilities across Client.
Responsibilities:

Act as the business lead to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment, including scope management, design, development, testing, training, communication, and deployment.
- Provide consultation and support to end-users during the implementation and adoption of new system features and functionalities.
- Develop communications, job aids, and training for enhanced functionality and fixes
- Monitor and track the progress of initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and desired outcomes.
- Provide day-to-day hands-on problem management, guidance, and support.
- Ensure alignment across all functions and business segments by effectively communicating complex ideas and concepts through clear and concise verbal and/or written communication.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and leverage data to validate and support process and system changes.
- Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
-
4 years of experience as a Project Manager within an HR/Recruiting Organization
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with proactive risk assessment and management abilities.
- Highly organized and detailoriented, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to document and communicate progress against plans, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Proven ability to execute and manage projects to completion
