Project Management Manager manages and directs the work of project managers and provides managerial oversight for multiple projects. Monitors project scopes, costs, schedules, staffing, communications, outside vendors, and contractual deliverables. Being a Project Management Manager develops standards, processes, and tools used for effective project scheduling and to set and manage quality targets. Addresses internal or vendor issues that may impede project delivery and develops solutions. Additionally, Project Management Manager tracks at risk metrics and facilitates actions to keep projects on track. Establishes data collection and reporting processes to capture key metrics of project activities and to provide periodic reporting. Requires a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct property tours and effectively sell the property to prospective tenants.
- Screen and approve rental applications in accordance with company policies and fair housing regulations.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for tenants.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Enforce lease agreements and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including rental payments and maintenance requests.
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for the property.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Utilize Resman or similar property management software to track leasing activity, generate reports, and manage tenant information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively market and lease properties.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
- Excellent conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations.
- Familiarity with property leasing procedures and best practices.
- Strong administrative skills, including phone etiquette, data entry, and record keeping.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Resman or similar platforms.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
