Position Overview: The Director of Project Management will be responsible for managing all construction projects, ensuring successful delivery of projects across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop effective strategies for the successful and timely completion of all projects.
- Manage the construction process from initial concept to completion.
- Ensure all projects are completed within the allocated budget.
- Lead and mentor the project management team to ensure high standards of performance.
- Liaise with external contractors to ensure projects are running to schedule.
- Research and analyze new project opportunities.
- Manage and monitor project risk.
- Ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and changes.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role in the commercial construction industry.
- Expert knowledge of project management processes and best practices.
- Experience in budget and resource allocation.
- Ability to lead and mentor a project management team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
