The IT Analyst Manager oversees IT projects and relationships and requires extensive project management experience. The candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and resolving escalated issues and should have strong organizational, project management, and communication skills. They must be experienced in developing, presenting, and executing plans for small to mid-size efforts, eliciting and documenting business requirements, overseeing a collaborative team, leading technical teams, and communicating between technical, business, and management stakeholders. Additionally, they should understand how to develop, present, and interpret performance metrics.

Job Duties
Prepares and executes projects and work plans.
Develops detailed system requirements, change requests, and test plans.
Performs 2nd-level support activities to monitor, track, and resolve issues.
Works with end-users to understand problems and issues thoroughly and guides systems developers based on user needs.
Prioritizes user problems and design requests.
Describes detailed problems and approaches to end-users in a non-technical manner. Reviews and revises documentation accordingly.
Prepares and presents materials to stakeholders, including project plans, analysis, presentations, and business metrics.
Works closely with stakeholders. Effectively communicates with team members, management, and vendors.
Tracks team progress toward project plan goals.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with an IT-related major or minor PLUS
Four years of experience in an IT specialty related to Enterprise Applications Design.
An equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training may be considered.
Additional Requirements / Preferences
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project are required.
Intermediate to advanced skills in business intelligence tools such as PowerBI or Tableau are required.
Five years of project management and three years of personnel management are preferred.
Seven years of work experience in a technology-related field is preferred.
Some travel statewide may be required.
Driver’s license required.
Satisfactory criminal background check required.
