DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Experience as a construction project manager, specifically in hospitality and renovations
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and building codes
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Efficient organizational and time management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems

A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with ProCore construction management software and professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) are a plus!
