As our team expands, we seek an experienced project architect adept at managing architectural design phases. Your primary focus will be coordinating and overseeing architectural design aspects throughout construction documentation. This entails seamless collaboration with clients, consultants, and the design team to develop construction drawings within set schedules and budgets. With the ability to balance multiple projects concurrently, you'll lead design meetings and effectively communicate to ensure successful project outcomes for our valued clients.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture degree
• Five to ten years of architectural design experience
• Proficiency in commercial building design across various sectors, such as business offices, retail centers, apartment buildings, hotels, auto dealerships, schools, churches, industrial facilities, and more.

Preferred, but not required:

• Architectural registration is a plus but is not required.
• Ability and experience using Revit is preferred.
• Experience with design / building architectural drawings is a plus.
