Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools for effective project management throughout the project lifecycle. Being a Project Manager Sr. - Construction uses comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and operations to set project productivity and quality targets. Monitors project milestones, change orders, and technical status reports. The successful candidate for the position of Sr Construction Manager will have a minimum of 15 years' experience in Construction Project Management, a degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical), architecture or construction management and possess advanced certification (PE, PMP, CCM or AIA).
