Conveniently located on Route 9 in Southborough, MA we are looking to hire a Project Manager to assist projects contracted with the MBTA.

The ideal candidate is someone that has a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and preferably a master's degree in construction management.

Position Summary

One Source Construction is currently seeking a Project Manager with 5 years of experience to serve our contract with the MBTA.

• Walk thru prospective sites for evaluation and assessment.
• Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility.
• Generate RFIs, participate in weekly meetings for projects tracking.
• Read Plans and specifications for permitting and construction.
• Prepare required documentation/plans for pre-construction field evaluations and assessments
• Request, review and approve submittals
• Manage or assist manage ongoing projects.
• Must have experience in dealing with multiple projects and clients at a time, along with managing technical, budgetary and client aspects of projects.
• Strong writing and verbal communications skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• CSL preferred
• OSHA 10 required (30 preferred)
• Valid driver's license required

Experience working in a dynamic and changing company environment.Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency and capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.Self-starter and strong ethical standards. Takes initiative within area of responsibility.
