Position Summary

Essential Responsibilities

Manage replacement parts product line within ProCast, oversee all open sales orders abd ensure timely delivery.Communicates regularly with CSR’s and key customers on quotations and any openIssues.

Support CSR’s on technical and commercial questionsSupport special agreements and any future agreementsCommunicate regularly with suppliers.

Provide special assistance on special marketing projects such as helping developand manage list pricing on e-Prism, etc.

Provide assistance and manage inventory shipments

Position Requirements

Education: 2 year AA degree preferred and/or 5 years experience and/or combination of education and experienceExperience: Minimum 5 years experience in the industrial pump industry (preferably the slurry pumpmarket) Strong working knowledge of the Weir-Warman product line. Parts and aftermarket sales experience. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and unsupervised. Strong organizational skills – ability to prioritize work flow. Strong problem solving skills. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate effectively and tactfullywith individuals at all levels within and outside of the company Commitment to professional growth and development Ability to demonstrate solid advanced project management and team leadership skillsOther Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Effective communications skills with internal & external customers Knowledge of Organization policies, procedures, and programs Strong Interpersonal skills Strong Telephone etiquette Strong Organizational skills Decision-making skills Multitasking
