We are currently seeking a full time Operations Project Planner/Scheduler for our retail operations . This position, located in our Holbrook location, is responsible for the administration and communication of projects from sale to completion for customers in Nassau and Suffolk.

• You will be scheduling installations, controlling the calendar and managing the necessary paperwork.
• Cash Collection
• Must be proficient in outlook and have used home improvement software such as Lead Perfection or improve-it.
• This position works with subcontractors, town licensing, and sales.
• Must have attention to detail to ensure job completion.
• Have an excellent phone manner and be highly organized.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
