Job Title: Marketing Web Developer & Optimization Specialist

As we expand our marketing efforts, we are seeking a talented Marketing Web Developer & Optimization Specialist to join our team and drive our digital presence to new heights.
 

Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Web Developer & Optimization Specialist to lead our web development and optimization initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our company website, as well as implementing strategies to optimize user experience, increase website traffic, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development (with a side of design), along with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our company website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for performance across all devices and browsers. (WordPress Experience Required)
• Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website.
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior using web analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Track MQLs that flow in from website form submissions to ensure they are associated to the correct source. (HubSpot/CRM Experience Preferred)
• Spearhead the build out of our new eCommerce capabilities with online purchases of services.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web development, digital marketing, and optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative projects that will serve as gated content to promote services and drive traffic (Canva Experience Preferred)
   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
• Proven experience in web development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end technologies.
• Preferred Experience with WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Canva
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or conversion rate optimization (CRO) is highly desirable.
• This is a remote position so we're looking for a candidate that thrives in an autonomous work environment
