POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Technician Associate is responsible facility repairs and preventative maintenance on production and facility equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Perform facility repairs and preventative maintenance on

production and facility equipment such as but not limited to, lift

trucks, tractors, small utility vehicles, lawn mowers, weed eaters,

conveyors, etc.

● Properly diagnose and complete required maintenance/repair

work.

● Basic electrical work occasionally required.

● Basic welding.

● Operate power equipment.

● Observe safety and security procedures and comply with all

policies.

● Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

KEY SKILLS

● High school diploma or GED

● Basic electricity knowledge, both installation and troubleshooting

● Mechanical aptitude

● Proficient with hand and power tools

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Ability to read and interpret information

● Basic computer skills

● Attention to detail

● Ability to manage time efficiently, follow schedules, and meet

deadlines

● Ability to work both independently and within a team

environment

● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

● Previous Maintenance Mechanic work experience

● HVAC background a plus

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

● Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds

● Must be able to work from ladders or lifts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
