Key responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing routine property maintenance, addressing guest concerns or issues promptly, managing repairs and renovations, and conducting regular property inspections.
Additionally, the Maintenance Property Manager may collaborate with cleaning staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are maintained. They might also handle the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment for property upkeep. Strong communication skills are essential as the Maintenance Property Manager interacts with guests, property owners, and service providers. This role involves maintaining a balance between proactive maintenance measures and responsive problem-solving to ensure a positive experience for Airbnb guests and property owners.
