Being a Property Acquisitions Associate performs financial and risk evaluations of potential acquisitions. Conducts due diligence on properties to be acquired. Additionally, Property Acquisitions Associate assists with drafting contracts or leases and may participate in negotiations. Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Property Acquisitions Associate work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. This position will offer the right candidate a wide variety of duties, while gaining experience in the HOA industry.
Summary: The Client Experience Associate is responsible for telephone coverage, response to customer service requests and the performance of administrative duties at the request of Community Association Team Members.
